Serdar focuses on corporate law, business transactions, and commercial litigation. He advises startups, founders, and middle-market companies on entity formation, governance, and strategic structuring, and represents clients in complex business disputes.

His work covers the full lifecycle of a business, including drafting and negotiating operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. He also counsels clients on pre-dispute strategy and represents them in contract disputes, shareholder conflicts, and other business-related claims.
